COVID-19 Update from Dr. Parson

Dear Revive Family Dentistry Family,

At Revive Family Dentistry, our number one priority is the health and safety of our patients and staff. We follow very strict cleaning policies for the protection of both our staff and patients. These practices are of utmost importance in our office and will continue to be the standards we uphold for our community.

Revive Family Dentistry, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, is following the counsel of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the guidelines from the American Dental Association. We are excited to announce that we are scheduling new patient appointments and will reopen for business on June 3, 2020. As always, every treatment surface, chair, and instrument are disinfected after every patient. Personal Protective Equipment, including masks and gloves, will be worn diligently by all clinic personnel. These processes have always been of utmost importance to our office and will continue to be the standards we uphold for our patients. We have also implemented taking daily temperature readings of staff members and will take temperature readings of our patients upon arrival to their appointments.

If any of our staff or patients have flu or cold-like symptoms, we will ask staff to stay home and patients to reschedule their appointments until symptoms are no longer present. Also, if you have traveled within the last 14 days to any regions affected by COVID-19, we request that you please reschedule for 14 days past your original appointment. We will continue to follow local and national updates daily, and will continue to maintain the highest level of safety and patient care.

We will remain accessible by phone and email. If you have an urgent or non-urgent concern, please call our office phone at 469-340-4002 or email us at info@revivedentistry.com. You are part of our office family, and we truly appreciate your understanding during this time. You and your family’s health and well-being are very important to me and my team. Please continue to do your part to take care of yourself, your family, and the community. We will see you soon!

Thank you,
